Intelligence is defined as the mental

use knowledge to handle real-world challenges. Traditionally, peaceful communities
would find the most intelligent person amongst them and nominate him or her as
their leader. Alternatively, a person who became a de-facto leader was assumed
to posses all the above qualities.
The shift from Intelligent Leadership to
Intelligence Agencies and now Artificial Intelligence reflects a progressive
outsourcing of human judgment, agency, and responsibility. What began as
human-led vision degraded into bureaucratic control mechanisms, and is now
codifying into automated, black-box decision-making.
