I can understand why Gen. Raheel Shareef is
eager to retire. He is very capable and efficient, but apart from conducting
war against an illusive enemy and guarding against a very shrewd enemy he also
has to perform many functions of defense, foreign, home and flood relief
ministers, all for the same pay of COAS.
